LEAD-ECI is a free-standing leadership institute where people of all ages, backgrounds and interests can access the tools necessary to develop and/or enhance their leadership skills.

The organization grew out of an identified need to grow, nurture and sustain leadership for the benefit of East Central Indiana. www.leadeci.org
As Executive Director he focuses on developing relationships that support LEAD-ECI and the people who benefit from the organization’s focus on leadership development. In addition to stewarding the LEAD program which serves as the core offering of the academy, he helps to develop and market new offerings focused on employer-based leadership courses for emerging and existing leaders in East Central Indiana.
